Attribution required for Domain Feeds
All Domain Feeds published on this site, including the Newly Registered list, the Full Database, and any feeds added in the future, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). In plain terms: free for commercial and non-commercial use, under one condition, visible attribution to Smet.cz.
- Attribution means naming Smet.cz as the data source with a link to
https://smet.czwherever the data or work derived from it is published, whether in a product's documentation or about page, a paper's references, a feed's metadata, a dataset's README, or a machine-readable output or derived dataset where sources are recorded. - Redistribution of the feeds, whole or partial, modified or not, is permitted with the same attribution carried along.
- Removing attribution from downstream copies, or presenting the feeds as your own original data collection, is a failure to attribute. Rights terminate automatically on breach, and reinstate automatically if the failure is cured within 30 days of you discovering it, per Section 6 of the license.
Statistics & published figures
Numbers, charts, and findings published on this site may be quoted and reproduced freely with a citation of Smet.cz and, where practical, a link to the page the figure came from. Each statistic is published with its methodology; citations should not detach figures from the population they describe.
Scope
No rights are claimed in the domain names themselves. The license covers this compilation and the verification work behind it, not the underlying facts. No trademark rights are granted.

Provided as is. No warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Entries are checked before publication but may be stale, wrong, or incomplete. Domain feeds describe what our collection observed, not authoritative registry records, and figures carry the methodology-stated limitations. Do not rely on this data for blocking, security, or any decision with consequences without independent verification.
